Although I only been to New York twice (this is my second time),
it already becomes one of my favorite cities.
Not only because I prefer large, modern cities,
but also New York has a special sense of charismatic,
that is really hard for me to resist.
I always love to go to the libraries,
so I guess that was the reason
why I choose New York Public Library as my first stop.
Since after visiting Boston's public library,
I really want to know the differences between the two.
Turned out that I love both of them!
They combine culture, architecture, knowledge together perfectly.
Rather than a library, I felt I was visiting a museum.
I was also very lucky to see the library's exhibition-- Why Children's Books Matter.
It was very fun to learn its history and allowed me to remember the time
when I was reading those children's books.
It was truly a great start for my trip :)
Remember the determined little boy in Hugo?
My little drawing in the Byrant Park (which is just next to the library!)
